We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before the trip starts, we will issue a full refund. For cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before the trip, 50% of the total amount will be retained. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip.
