For your first self-guided cycling trip in the Algarve, your itinerary will take you to the beautiful village of Alte, considered one of the most picturesque in the region. You’ll have the chance to explore the charming streets of this typical Algarve village. A coffee break at "Pedro and Ana" in Germano is planned to soak up the local atmosphere before heading back to the hotel.
Our second day of cycling will take us to Olhão, an iconic town famous for its fish market! A full immersion into Portuguese culture awaits you.
We take the country roads to reach the famous climb of Barranco de Velho. After a well-deserved break at the café, we descend toward São Brás de Alportel before heading back to Loulé.
Today, we head to Tavira, a coastal town renowned for its charm. We’ll ride along the coast and through quaint fishing villages before reaching the optional climb to the peak of San Miguel. After passing by the various islands of the Ria Formosa and catching a glimpse of the Spanish border from the heights of San Miguel, we’ll return toward Loulé.
